£13.45 - £13.70 per hour

• £250 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply)
• Paid Mileage Between Care Calls
• Flexible Hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Be able to travel throughout the Birkenhead area
• Be willing to obtain business insurance if not already in place

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Home Care Assistant , you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care
• Travelling between clients' homes across the local community

Most importantly, you'll make a meaningful difference to people's lives every day.
