TEAM MEMBER – SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, THE OLIVE TREE & STARBUCKS

Previous Barista experience is preferred but not necessary.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.20 per hour f or hours worked betweenmidnight and6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Fixed- term contract till September with the possibility to become permanent.

Shift patterns 5am - 13:00 & 13:00 - 22:00. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Limited transport links for early morning shift, own transport is preferred.

ABOUT YOU

• As a Team Member, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theTeam Memberrole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume Hospitality or Retail role is preferred and / or Previous night shift experience is desirable.
• You will be required to work in both the Evergreen Bar and Starbucks.
