The Mission

Heathrow isn't just an airport; it's a global gateway where 200,000 stories cross paths every single day. As an Airport Security Officer, you aren't just checking bags—you are the definitive line of defence keeping millions of travellers, crew members, and aircraft safe. We are completely rewriting the script on airport security. We are looking for sharp, vigilant, and customer-focused individuals to join our frontline operations. Whether you are an experienced security professional or looking to pivot your career into aviation, we provide the training to make you elite.

Why Choose This Role?

• Industry-Leading Pay: Start at a premium £22.50/hour , outstripping standard high-street security rates.
• Ultimate Flexibility: Choose the contract that suits your lifestyle.
• Opt for PAYE for structured stability, or Self-Employed to maximise your take-home pay.
• Round-the-Clock Options: 24/7 operations mean we can offer dedicated day blocks, night blocks, or rotating shifts to fit your external commitments.
• The Heathrow Buzz: Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Vigilant Screening: Operating state-of-the-art X-ray equipment, body scanners, and biometric security systems.
• Passenger Interaction: Managing queue flows with a calm, authoritative, yet welcoming presence—helping passengers navigate security smoothly.
• High-Profile Patrols: Conducting critical access control and security sweeps across terminals, airside zones, and secure perimeters.
• Incident Response: Acting swiftly and professionally alongside emergency services and airport stakeholders if a security event arises.

What We Need From You

• The Right Mindset: High attention to detail, strong observational skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Excellent Communication: Flawless English (spoken and written) to interact with an international public.
• Clean History: You must be able to pass a robust 1-year background check and a Criminal Record Check (CRC) to secure an airside pass.
