We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Kitchen Supervisor who loves being in the kitchen, enjoys leading by example and is ready to take on more responsibility as part of a growing team.

The Role

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in leading the kitchen during service, supporting the management team and making sure every dish leaves the kitchen to our standards .

This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be cooking alongside the team while helping to organise prep, coordinate service and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and reliable , with solid kitchen experience and a genuine passion for fresh food and great teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the kitchen team during prep and service
• Preparing and cooking dishes consistently to our recipes and standards
• Organising sections and ensuring the kitchen is ready for service
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
• Supporting and training junior kitchen team members
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed
• Supporting stock management, deliveries and waste control

Skills & Experience

• Solid experience working in a busy professional kitchen
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
• Confident running a section and supporting service
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Calm and focused during busy services
• Passion for fresh food, quality and consistency
• Positive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn and progress
