Lead Café Manager: Hospitality with Social Impact

Redemption Roasters in Holborn is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead our busy cafe and uphold our social impact mission. You will support the Coffee Shop Manager, run shifts, and help build a team that delivers great hospitality and exceptional coffee.

You'll guide staff across front-of-house and back-of-house, coach on the floor, manage stock and safety, and embody our values to empower programme participants and new team members.
