Senior Field Revenue Protection & Debt Specialist

Centrica is seeking a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer to join our field-based team covering the Swindon area. You will take ownership of customer visits, investigate energy theft and welfare concerns, and support sustainable debt solutions while safeguarding customers and the business.

You will assess circumstances, identify vulnerabilities, investigate metering irregularities, and ensure safe, compliant resolutions that balance welfare and commercial outcomes.
