Aspire People is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a Reception class in the B31 area of Birmingham. This full-time role starts ASAP and focuses on supporting a child with SEN throughout the school day.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, providing 1:1 support, helping with learning, engagement and social development, and fostering independence and positive behaviour in a nurturing learning environment.
