Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Part-Time SENCo to lead inclusive SEND provision across a primary/secondary school in the West Midlands (Solihull). The role focuses on non-class-based leadership, strategic development and EHCP management while supporting vulnerable learners.
The successful candidate will line-manage SEND TAs and pastoral staff, collaborate with parents and external agencies, and report to SLT and Governors to drive school-wide inclusive practice.
