As a respected and award-winning care provider, we are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to become part of our friendly and supportive team across Hampshire and Surrey.

Our local branches are based in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley, and we will place you at the branch most convenient for your location, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed contracted hours – 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week
• Supportive management and ongoing training
• A rewarding role where every day makes a difference

Available Hours:

• Morning and lunchtime 7:00am – 2:00pm
• Afterrnoon and Evening: 4:00pm – 11:00pm

To be considered, applicants must be able to work at least one evening per week and some hours alternate weekends.

Please note:

• Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle

The Role:

As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Medication
• Personal Care
• Meal preparation and nutrition
• Shopping
• Arranging and accompanying clients to appointments
• Companionship
• Light cleaning duties

• Reliable, patient, and empathetic individuals who are passionate about making a difference
• People who share our commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
• No previous care experience required - full training provided
