Senior Care Lead: Compassionate, Person-Centered Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will ensure personalised care plans, support residents and families, and assist with medication and activities to promote security, dignity and independence.

Applicants should have a Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Adult Social Care and work towards Level 3, with a focus on person-centred care and safeguarding awareness.
