SEN Education Mentor with QTS

Ready to step away from the classroom and use your SEN expertise where it truly matters?

We provide high-quality, personalised 1:1 education for young people aged 5-16 who are unable to access mainstream education. Many of the learners we support have Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, trauma-related barriers, or complex educational experiences .

Our mission is simple: to create measurable, life-changing outcomes for vulnerable young people through tailored education, trust, and meaningful relationships.

As an Education Mentor , you'll work closely with young people who require an individualised approach to education. Delivering tailored sessions in English, Maths and life skills, you'll have the time, flexibility and autonomy to adapt learning around each young person's unique needs, strengths and aspirations.

Without the pressures of a classroom environment, you'll be able to focus on what matters most: building trust, improving engagement, developing confidence and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teachers with QTS (Essential)

Most Importantly...

We're looking for compassionate, resilient professionals who understand that for many young people with SEN, progress starts with connection. If you can build trust, nurture confidence and inspire engagement, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference to a young person's future.
