RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a a fast-growing, residential letting and property management agency to assist in their search for an experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative in Glasgow, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a hands-on and varied position for an experienced all-rounder who is confident attending properties independently, identifying maintenance requirements and completing repairs to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out a wide variety of repairs and general maintenance across our residential properties.
Completing day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance.
Preparing and maintaining properties between tenancies.
Attending properties independently and assessing the work required.
Identifying maintenance issues and completing appropriate repairs.
Managing your workload effectively without supervision.
Communicating professionally with tenants and the wider property team.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, practical and experienced multi-trade maintenance professional who takes pride in their work.

You will need:

Proven experience in general property maintenance across multiple trades.
The ability to identify issues and carry out repairs to a high standard.
Confidence working independently and using your own initiative.
The ability to assess maintenance requirements and manage your own workload effectively.
A reliable and professional approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
A full driving licence.

Please note: This is a genuine multi-trade maintenance role. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to one individual trade may not be suitable for the position.

Salary of £38,000–£40,000 per year.
