We’re currently looking for Evening & Weekend Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team across North Shropshire .

• Weekday rate: £13.75 per hour
• Bank Holiday rate: £23.00 per hour
• Paid travel time: £12.71 per hour
• Fortnightly pay

About the Role

As an Evening & Weekend Home Care Assistant , you’ll help clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assisting with personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting medication routines
• Helping with light household tasks
• Assisting with day-to-day activities
• Helping clients get ready for bed
• Supporting clients with their evening routines

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with regular clients while making a genuine difference to their daily lives.

The Hours

This role is ideal if you’re looking for part-time work alongside family commitments, another job, studies or other responsibilities .

We’re particularly looking for people who can offer availability during:

• Evenings
• A minimum of two evenings per week
• Every other weekend

We’ll work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and our clients, while ensuring we have the consistency needed to provide excellent care.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A dependable and professional approach
• A full UK driving licence
• Access to your own reliable vehicle for work

Previous experience in care, support work or a similar role is beneficial, but not required . Full training and ongoing support are provided.
