Senior Nursing Assistant: Lead Care Team & Growth

Springcare Care Homes Ltd is recruiting a Nursing Assistant to join our caring, supportive team. You will contribute to smooth home operations, lead a small team of care assistants, and provide personal care to residents, supporting their nutrition, mobility and wellbeing.

A key part of the role is to perform clinical tasks under supervision and to demonstrate calm leadership under pressure. Successful applicants will have two written references and a right to work in the UK.
