30hr Keyholder - Leeds, Victoria Gate

Overview

We are looking for someone who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub in Leeds as a keyholder for 30 hours a week over 4 days. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends; late nights may be required. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on offering an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values, ideally with a passion for the health or beauty industry.

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom. Employment type: Part-time. Seniority level: Entry level.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
• Drive forward sales and company objectives
• Assist the team and Store Management with daily tasks
• Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet & our people
• Work on initiative and be proactive
• Maintain company standards at all times
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

Requirements

• A love of customer service and to be able to translate this to inspire your colleagues
• Self motivator and able to maintain impeccable standards in store
• Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
• Able to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
