About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

We are currently looking for 3 Care Assistants; the following positions are available:

36 hours per week – day shifts – 8am till 8pm & 5pm till 10pm
26.75 hours per week – day shifts – 8am till 8pm & 5pm till 10pm
30 hours per week – night shifts – 8pm till 8am

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Support residents with mobility and mealtimes
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing always
Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure the best outcomes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous care experience (desirable but not essential)
Holds a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
Is kind, patient, respectful, and empathetic with a genuine passion for supporting others
Communicates well, works effectively in a team, and is committed to high standards of care
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is comfortable with personal care tasks
