Senior Health Care Assistant & Team Lead - Elder Care

The Oaks Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, in Newtown, Powys, is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care with compassion and leadership. The role supports residents' dignity, wellbeing and daily living activities, while guiding and mentoring team members.

You will work on day or night shifts in a modern, 73-bed home with strong emphasis on resident comfort, safety and collaborative care planning.
