Maintenance Operative

About us

Rooted in local heritage, the Cornwall Hotel Collection is known for exceptional service, award-winning dining, and inspiring locations at the heart of Cornish hospitality.

Our collection includes four distinctive hotels: The Alverton, a historic hillside retreat; The Greenbank, set on the enchanting waterfront; The Falmouth, an iconic Victorian landmark; and our newest addition, The Atlantic, offering stunning coastal views. With exciting developments ahead, there's never been a better time to join us.

We are currently seeking a reliable, practical and proactive individual to join our team as a Maintenance Operative. Working alongside our existing maintenance team, you will support the day-to-day upkeep and smooth running of the hotel, helping to ensure our properties are safe, functional and maintained to a high standard.

This is a varied, hands-on role and would suit someone who enjoys practical work. Previous hotel experience is not essential; we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a practical approach.
