Production Operative

We are the UK’s leading supplier of rope-grown mussels and cultivated Pacific oysters, farmed in the pristine seas of the West Coast of Scotland and the Shetland Isles. Our shellfish are sold fresh or as part of our premium ready‑meal range, available in major supermarkets and retail outlets.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Production Operatives to join our operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Bellshill.

What You’ll Do

Perform production line tasks as directed by Supervisors and Key Workers.
Understand product specifications, processing methods, and throughput targets.
Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and accuracy.
Follow company policies on hygiene, dress code, and health & safety.
Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and COSHH regulations.
Participate in training programs to build relevant skills.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices – including "Clean as You Go" and good housekeeping.
Support a positive team environment with a professional and flexible attitude.

Desirable

Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
