We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manchester office This is an entry-level opportunity offering structured training, clear career progression and uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing specialist candidates across the market. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll play a key role in supporting major projects and building long-term talent networks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging specialist professionals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry experts
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records and processes
• Building expertise within a rapidly expanding market
• Collaborating with a high-performing and supportive team

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, call centres and other fast-paced environments.
