Ashdown Care is seeking a committed Support Worker in Blaydon to provide high-quality, person-centred support across social, physical, emotional and recreational needs. The role requires flexibility to work a 42-hour week with a 2-week rolling rota, including days, weekends, and nights.
You will help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives in a 24/7 service, applying Person-Centred Active Support and working with dedicated teams and managers to ensure safety and wellbeing.
