Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Senior Care Assistant to deliver warm, empathetic care across a 20-mile radius of our care homes. You’ll monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care plans and record observations such as temperature and blood pressure, while ensuring meaningful one-to-one time with residents.
A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, with progression to NVQ 3. You’ll need GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
