This is full-time, permanent role, basedon any ‘5 out of 7’ working patterns. Shift patterns available14:00 - 22:00 or22:00 - 06:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

• An hourly rate of £12.71
• An hourly rate of £15.61 working afternoon shift (including Reach Truck allowance and shift premiumfor hours 18:00 - 22:00 )
• An hourly rate of £16.61 working night shift (including Reach Truck allowance and shift premiumfor hours 22:00 - 06:00 )

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems
• Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas
• Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures
• Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck or VNA .
• A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties
• Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
