Your New Role

• Convert footfall into sales through confident, consultative selling
• Build a client book through proactive clienteling and private appointments
• Deliver a considered experience to high-net-worth and international clients

• Manage after-sales service, including repairs, resizing and product care
• Keep CRM records precise and stock managed with the same care
• Support private events, activations and client appointments

Your Talents

You've spent at least two years in fine or luxury jewellery, and you've built a client book from scratch rather than inherited one. High-net-worth and international clients feel comfortable with you because you're discreet as much as you're polished. Experience in a leading department store or prestigious jewellery environment would help you settle in fast, and Arabic or French would open doors with this particular clientele.
