Help us deliver outstanding care through outstanding training
Trinity Homecare is looking for an experienced and engaging Regional Trainer to support the development of our care teams.
In this varied role, you will deliver high-quality induction, mandatory and ongoing development training to both new and existing colleagues. Your work will help ensure our care workers have the knowledge, confidence and practical skills they need to provide safe, compassionate and consistently high-quality care.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will work closely with operational managers, recruitment teams and other internal stakeholders to identify training needs, support employee development and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your main working location will be stated in your contract. However, regional travel will be required, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary. Approved accommodation will be provided where appropriate.
You will be a confident trainer who can make learning practical, relevant and engaging for people with different levels of experience and learning needs.
Experience within health or social care, instructional design or developing digital learning content would be advantageous.
If you are passionate about developing people and want to use your training expertise to support high-quality care, we would be pleased to hear from you.
