Salon Operations Lead - Soho | Growth & Bonus Opportunities

Williams & Hirst is seeking a Salon Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Soho, London salon. You will coordinate the Front of House team, manage rotas, and ensure staff coverage for busy periods, events and client flow.

With 18 chairs and 40+ independent hairdressers, the role demands excellent communication, organisation and leadership to maintain service standards and brand experience. Evening and Saturday work is essential.
