SEND Family Support Worker – Term-Time Impact

Strathmore School is seeking a Family Support Worker to join our SEND-focused team. The role is full-time term-time, 39 weeks per year, with 32.5 hours per week and options for part-time.

You will work with senior leaders to support families, reduce barriers to pupil attendance, and help carers access services, while collaborating with safeguarding colleagues and attending CIN/TAC meetings.
