The role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Oysho, you’ll bring our collections to life in-store—balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager , you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.

This is a full-time position requiring full flexibility , including evenings and weekends , with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.

What you’ll be doing

• Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
• Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution , ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
• Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines , adapting quickly while staying true to Oysho standards.
• Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Oysho brand.
• Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
• Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.

What you’ll bring

• Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs .
• Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
• Strong understanding of Oysho’s DNA and product , plus awareness of current market trends.
