We’re recruiting Food Production Operators for a well‑established food manufacturing site in Caerphilly. This is full‑time, long‑term work with immediate starts and guaranteed weekly hours.
What you’ll be doing
Production line work — operating machinery, packing, and maintaining product quality
Food handling tasks — working safely within hygiene guidelines
Quality checks — ensuring products meet site standards
Team support — helping the line hit daily targets
Shifts (must be available weekdays & weekends)
Days: 6am–6pm
Nights: 6pm–6am
Full‑time only
Weekend availability required
Pay Rates
£12.71 per hour – Days
£15.89 per hour – Nights
Saturday & Sunday overtime available
