Previous Experience of working in a Customer focused role within an office administrative office

Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00

Our client is looking for a Customer Service/Sales administrator to work in their small but expanding office. This is a regional office of a national UK wide company.

You will be working in the team who supply support the sales and customer function for this area of the business.

Able to communicate at all levels you will be the interface between the customer and logistics departments are well as working closely with the finance team and wider teams.

What you will be doing:

Processing customer orders on the internal systems
Updating records
Advising customers on product availability and updating them on deliveries
Dealing with discrepancies
Problem solving
Liaising with logistics/transport
Inputting data in relation to orders/invoices
Discussing issues re deliveries/product issues in relation to drivers
Liaising and updating the operations mgr regularly
Play a key part in the team to delivery the best possible service

Skills and Knowledge:

Sales Administration experience
Customer Service
Good keyboard skills, Data Entry
Organised administration
Be able to remain calm and committed
Working to deadlines
Attention to detail
Good communication skills at all levels
Good English Written and Oral Skills
Team Player
