Grantham / Nottingham 28,000 - 30,000 6 Month Contract 37.5 Hours Monday-Friday Immediate Start

Immediate opportunity for a Depot Administrator to join a busy engineering and logistics operation. Based primarily in Grantham, this role would also suit candidates able to commute to Colwick Industrial Estate, Nottingham.

You'll provide day-to-day logistics and operational support, working closely with depot teams, engineers and customers to keep orders, service activity and administration running smoothly.

SAP experience is essential

The Role

• Provide day-to-day administration and operational support to the depot
• Process orders, service activity and logistics information using SAP
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Support the coordination of equipment, deliveries and depot activity
• Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams regarding operational requirements
• Handle customer and internal enquiries via phone and email
• Assist with general depot, logistics and contract administration

The Person

• Previous SAP experience is essential
• Experience within logistics, depot, operations, service or engineering administration
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Confident dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy operational environment
• Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to administration
