Assistant Manager — Lead Service at Premium Cocktail Bar

Nancy’s Cocktail Bar in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the management team. You’ll help deliver smooth service, oversee operations, and shape the room’s ambience. Work closely with the Floor Manager, General Manager and Head Bartender to develop Nancy’s style of service while bringing your own flair.

You’ll train and develop a team for high-end guest experiences. This is a full-time role at London Bridge with a competitive £55,000 per year, plus guaranteed tronc and opportunities
