IRIS Software Group in Manchester is seeking a proactive Customer Renewals Associate to join our Renewals team. You will manage a portfolio of SMB to mid-market customers through the renewal process, delivering a seamless experience and protecting recurring revenue.
Reporting to the Renewals Team Lead, you’ll build relationships, communicate quotations, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to maximize value of our software solutions.
