£30,000 - £40,000 + excellent bonus + commission

Overview

Established over 38 years ago, Arthur Morrice opticians is a luxury boutique opticians in Knightsbridge, with top designer eyewear brands. We are looking for a PA and Team Assistant to start immediately to help to manage our high-end international clientele, and support the MD and the team. This role will be split 80% Team Assistant duties and 20% PA duties. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, presentable and trustworthy with strong communication skills.

Job requirements

• Front of house work - meet and greeting customers, and managing incoming calls
• General administration and store organisation
• PA duties to the MD

Key duties

• Manage incoming calls, post and emails
• Produce documents such as letters and invoices from drafts to final versions
• Act as a point of contact for clients and other third parties
• Proactively identify follow-up actions and draw to the attention of relevant staff
• Ensure smooth running of the office and general administration
• Assist where required during sales process
• Hosting duties between two shops
• Assisting with shop promotions
• Occasional out of hours work
