Mencap is seeking an Employment Specialist to deliver the Connect to Work programme across Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will provide personalised, intensive employment support for participants who are out of work, and for those in work but at risk of leaving their job.
You will manage a caseload of up to 20 individuals, build strong relationships with participants and employers, and work to reduce barriers to employment, with a focus on inclusion and independence.
