Location: Victoria /Hybrid / Occasional UK & International Travel
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast-growing business operating across the music, social media, and technology sectors . We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment .
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in high-energy settings and enjoys working across both business and personal responsibilities.

The Role
Working directly with the Founder, you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. You will manage schedules, coordinate international travel, oversee administrative tasks, and act as a trusted point of contact, enabling the Founder to focus on strategic growth, partnerships, and key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Support

• Managing a complex and constantly evolving diary.
• Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
• Managing inboxes and prioritising communications.
• Booking UK and international travel.
• Tracking actions and following up with stakeholders.
• Supporting multiple live projects across the business.
• Preparing presentations, documents, and meeting notes.
• Liaising professionally with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Improving internal systems and administrative processes.

Personal Support

• Coordinating personal appointments and commitments.
• Organising personal travel and accommodation.
• Handling ad hoc errands and administrative tasks.
• Supporting lifestyle and household organisation when required.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an admin capacity.
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative.
• High levels of discretion and professionalism.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, AI tools (such as Claude), and productivity software.
• An interest in music, technology, and digital culture.
