Senior Energy Debt & Revenue Protection Lead

British Gas is seeking a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer to join a field-based team covering the Carlisle area. You will visit customer premises, investigate energy theft, assess welfare concerns, and help customers find sustainable solutions to energy debt.

In this role you will work independently in the field, assess customer circumstances, balance welfare, safety and commercial outcomes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. A full UK driving licence is required.
