Tutor Maths & English

Are you an experienced tutor or teacher who believes education should be flexible, inclusive, and genuinely life-changing?

We are seeking a Tutor to work with young people in Poynton who need learning delivered differently . You will teach Maths and/or English , supporting learners to rebuild confidence, skills, and motivation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver set hours of face-to-face tuition per week
• Receive an additional 1 hour of paid planning and administration time each week
• Plan personalised learning for young people with SEND/SEMH
• Track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively to share best practice and raise standards
• Support learner engagement, confidence, and progression

Who We’re Looking For

• MUST HAVE QTS
• experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
• Experience teaching Primary or Secondary
• Calm, resilient, and relationship-focused
• Motivated by purpose and positive change
