Support Worker - Complex Care & Independence

Ashdown Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a role in Blaydon (NE21). The position is full-time (42 hours/week) with a 2-week rolling rota and shifts across days, including weekends and nights as required. The role focuses on high-quality, person-centred support across social, physical and emotional care.

You will work with adults with complex care needs and challenging behaviour, applying Positive Behaviour Support principles while promoting independence and wellbeing.
