Night Care Assistant
Location: Astley View, Chorley
Salary: £13.45per hourand overtime paid at £14.95per hour, equivalent£26,926pa
Hours: Full-time, 38.5hours a week, 8pm- 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

To ensure consistency in our care delivery, applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from their agreedstart date.

About the Role:
Evermore Care is seeking compassionateCare Assistant (Nights) to join the team atAstley View , our state-of-the-art, purpose build, luxurycare home in Chorley . You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment, across our brand new community . This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team, with plenty of opportunity for development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
• Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience (either personal or work-based) withinadult social care
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
