Senior Care Lead - Personalized Dementia & Nursing Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants and deliver person-centered care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist settings.

You will ensure residents feel secure, dignified and independent, while building meaningful relationships with families and colleagues. You will work alongside a Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide stimulation through activities, administer medications where needed, and uphold accurate care records.
