We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time Family Support Worker , based at Macclesfield. The hours of working are 18.5 hours per week, Wednesday morning, and all day Thursday and Friday. The role will be to support children, young people and their families in the community through a range of interventions which improve family/individual functioning.
