Primary Supply Teachers Needed in and around Selly Oak

Primary Supply Teachers Wanted - Selly Oak

Flexible work. Local primary schools. Work when it suits you.

Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a flexible way to work around your own schedule? We’re currently recruiting confident and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across schools in and around Selly Oak including Edgbaston, Quinton, Stirchley, Northfield and Kings Norton.

Whether you’re looking for regular supply, a few days a week, or simply want to keep your options open, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for Primary Teachers who are:

• Confident managing classroom behaviour
• Adaptable and able to quickly settle into new schools
• Comfortable teaching across different year groups
• Reliable, enthusiastic and professional
• Able to travel to schools across Birmingham
• Looking for a flexible timetable that works around their availability

You choose when you work - as an education agency, we give our teachers access to an easy-to-use app where you can update your availability on a calendar.

Simply tell us when you’re available, and we’ll offer you suitable supply opportunities that match your availability, preferred areas and experience.

Supply work is primarily driven by sickness and absence cover, so the amount of work available can vary from week to week. The flexibility works both ways - you tell us when you can work, and we’ll contact you when suitable opportunities come in.

A great way to find your next school

Supply teaching isn’t just about covering a day here and there. It can be a brilliant foot in the door to longer-term and permanent opportunities.

Working across different schools allows you to:

• Experience different school environments
• Build relationships with local primary schools
• Find schools you enjoy working in
• Explore longer-term roles before committing
• Potentially secure your next long-term or permanent position

It’s a great opportunity to try different schools and find the right fit before making a longer-term commitment.
