HLTA: Elevate Learning & Student Progress

Oak Tree School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students in accessing learning, progressing and developing independence and wellbeing. You will plan, prepare and deliver activities for individuals, small groups and classes, under guidance from teaching staff.

You will also adapt resources to meet needs, monitor progress, and work with families and professionals to support pupil outcomes. The role demands the ability to plan and lead learning with a caring approach.
