HGV Driver Class 1

We’re looking to connect with experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers who are interested in future opportunities in the Gloucester area. If you’re a reliable, professional driver looking to work with a major food retailer, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be delivering chilled, ambient and frozen goods to Marks and Spencer stores, these are easy cage and tail-lift deliveries starting from a clean depot with well-maintained vehicles.

Pay Rates

• Days : From £20.30 per hour
• Nights : From £24.36 per hour
• Weekends : Up to £26.39 per hour
• Overtime (after 40 hrs/week) : £22.33-£30.45. All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately.

Shift Information

• Typical start times: 00:00-05:00 and 12:00-21:00
• Usual shift length: 10-11 hours
• Full training provided following a successful driving assessment.

Requirements:

1. Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
2. Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
3. Minimum 12 months of recent HGV driving experience required
4. No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
