You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.What we’re looking forHold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years QualificationPassion for making learning fun and engaging for each childSound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protectionAbility to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carersAbility to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parentsBright Horizons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
