Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator Tiger has partnered with a luxury, exclusive real estate firm based in the heart of bustling Central London. They are seeking an Operations Manager to come in and hit the ground running and provide support to the team and the wider business. A great opportunity for a forward thinking, proactive candidate with experience in residential sales. Hours: 9am - 6pm Salary: £35k - £40k Contract: Permanent Set Up: Hybrid (4:1)

What You’ll Do

• Act as a key point of contact, providing guidance across processes, systems and ways of working
• Build strong relationships across the business and provide practical support where needed
• Support onboarding and help maintain clear, accessible internal guidance and resources
• Oversee CRM and internal systems, ensuring information and tracking are accurate and up to date
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and ways of working across the business
• Coordinate marketing activity, campaigns, projects and requests across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support wider marketing activity including communications, PR, content, reporting and asset management
• Manage marketing calendars, trackers, deadlines and approvals to ensure activity is delivered smoothly
• Provide wider operational and administrative support during busy periods
• Manage shared inboxes and general enquiries, while supporting day-to-day office and business operations

Who You Are

• Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative role within residential property sales
• Proactive, go getter and forward thinking
• Highly organised with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work
• A confident decision maker with strong judgement
• Tech Savy and confidence using the Microsoft Suite
