My client is a very successful law firm based in Leeds who is looking for people to join their conveyancing department! Full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents.
Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses.
Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork.
Dealing with incoming post where appropriate.
Dealing with telephone enquiries where possible.
Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving.
General administration duties for the office and firm.
The Person
Conveyancing experience is not essential for this role; full training will be given. However, you will have a proven track record in a customer-facing/call handling or retail background and be really keen to progress your career within conveyancing.
You will be a great communicator with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be IT literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
