We are looking for a skilled and professional Chair Massage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality chair massages to clients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Position requirements:
Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome)
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience at events and locations
Provide high-quality chair massage services tailored to each client's specific needs
Able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week
Be available to be flexible with hours across days, evenings and weekends
Knowledge of Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques
Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, front desk team and management
Understand and believe in the physical and lifestyle benefits of high-quality, good-value massage that fits in with our customers' lives
Conduct specific chair massage sessions based on customer's individual needs
Promote the health and wellness benefits to customers receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Must be able to speak a standard of English that enables you to communicate professionally with our clients
