As a Live-in Carer (Self Employed) in Esher, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's needs, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication prompts, and assistance with daily routines. We offer flexible placements to suit a range of lifestyles and levels of experience, along with ongoing support from our friendly care team.

With placements available across Esher and surrounding areas, we'll work closely with you to find opportunities that match your skills and preferences.

We are currently recruiting Live-in Carers on a self-employed basis for our introductory care service. If you are self-employed and would love to make a real difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centred support in clients' homes
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks
• Support mobility and moving and handling requirements
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks
• Ensure medication is administered correctly
• Help with household chores and laundry
• Support clients with errands and appointments
• Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the care team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help clients remain comfortable, independent and safe at home

What you'll bring

• Previous professional care experience
• A friendly and caring attitude
• Confidence working within clients' homes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliability and strong time management skills
• The ability to work independently and responsibly
• A flexible and positive approach to care
• A passion for helping people remain independent
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication administration experience is welcomed
• Health & Social Care qualifications are desirable but not essential
